Presidents Day Celebration

Today we got to meet up with our homeschool friends and have some President's Day fun together. We started off with stories! Some were about Washington, some were about Lincoln, and some were about why we celebrate President's Day. We also said the Pledge of Allegiance together. Then  we had a fun craft to make finger puppets of Washington and Lincoln using a quarter and a penny! There were really cute and really simple! We ended the fun with some patriotic snacks and some president bingo! It was a lot of fun and I think that everyone got a chance to think and remember the presidents! It is always fun to celebrate holidays together while learning at the same time!

It was a lot of fun and alot of learning! You cant beat that!
Did you have any fun Presidents Day learning?
